What do the source labels mean?
Firm source links to an employer’s recruiting page. University source means a campus-published deadline; it can be campus-specific. LinkedIn labels identify a recruiting announcement or employer posting. Third-party reports are explicitly unconfirmed and excluded from calendar exports. A job-board expiration date is not automatically an application deadline.
Are dates updated automatically?
Expired dated listings disappear automatically. New openings and employer changes still require a research update; this is not a live job feed. Always check your firm, office, and campus requirements. Calendar exports use all-day entries because cutoff times are not confirmed.
Where is my shortlist stored?
Your shortlist and application progress stay in this browser’s local storage. They do not sync across devices. Expired roles disappear from the tracker, including the visible shortlist. Clearing browser data removes your saved progress.
